Unlike the other real estate companies in the area, my office has an "in-house" Closing Department. We are the "ONLY" office that prepares all of your closing documents in our office rather than have a third party prepare them for us. I feel that it is very important that you be able to come directly to us with any questions you may have.

The Closing Department is located in our office and is always available for our customers and clients, as well as the sales associates working in the office. This is very beneficial to all concerned and enables you to get your closings scheduled and any questions answered immediately.
