Agency - As of Jan. 1,1994 Michigan law requires real
estate licensees who are acting as agents of sellers or buyers
of real property to advise the potential sellers or buyers with
whom they work of the nature of their agency relationship. A
buyer's agent, under a buyer's agency agreement with the buyer,
acts solely on behalf of the buyer. CENTURY 21 Riverpointe Agents
are well versed in the duties of all types of Agency Relationships
allowed under Michigan Law. We are happy to discuss agency with
you further and you can also request a copy of our BUYER AGENT
contract by contacting one of our AGENTS.
